Repeat Prescriptions

blue_yellow_pillsRepeat prescriptions should be requested in writing giving 2 working days’ notice. You should use the counterfoil from your last prescription to indicate which medicines you need before handing it in to a receptionist or leaving It in the prescription box at reception.

Prescriptions can only be posted back to you if a SAE is attached to your request. Pick up of prescription can be arranged with the pharmacy.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
